Meals on Wheels is a name familiar to many Australians and is at the heart of the Coffs Coast Community. Our service has been operating for over 46 years, seeing alot of changes along the way so that we can respond and adapt to the changing needs of our community.
We have helping hands, teamwork and people looking out for each other as we provide “more than just a meal” for our clients. A friendly smile, a nourishing meal and just knowing that someone will drop by to say hello, boosts the health and happiness of our consumers and helps them stay connected to the community. We aim to provide a stress free service that meets the needs and expectations of our clients. We believe that food is to be enjoyed as well as being wholesome and nutritious.
As you are aware, COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus) has become a growing concern in our community.
If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, you must stay at home to prevent it spreading to other people. Or you may decide to self-isolate anyway, to protect yourself from possible infection – due to existing health conditions, age or a compromised immune system. Coffs Coast MOW can arrange to deliver food to our clients, daily/weekly and leave it at your home under non- contact agreements. Please do not hesitate to contact our office.
