Our volunteers deliver meals each weekday, between 11am – 12.30pm. We service Moonee, Coffs Harbour region, Boambee, Sawtell and Woolgoolga Meals on Wheels Monday, Wednesday Friday.
Our major service is designed to be a quality provider of meals to frail, aged people over 65. Our meals are provided at production cost to clients and we have a range of providers to ensure the widest menu choices. Our meals are frozen or freshly made salads and sandwiches. We also have juice, soup and fresh fruit.
If you have special requirements with your food – contact us as we have many options for you. We have a large range of meals: soft, low-fat, low cholesterol, low salt, blended, gluten free and vegetarian. We have just added some new meals to our menu so have a look and be tempted by our options
Meals can be delivered daily to your door, days of choice or weekly. If you want just one meal or bulk options we can arrange it to be delivered to your home or you can pick up.
People may also drop in to the office to collect meals when required and we have a “Try before you buy” meal available to new Meals on Wheels clients.

While the COVID-19 restrictions have eased, MOW continue to support our clients with meal deliveries & pick up.
