Clients may refer themselves, or a family member or medical practitioner may refer them. Access to services is available through My Aged Care, the Australian Government entry point to the aged care system. My Aged Care will conduct an assessment and identify long-term goals.

We are also able to provide meals for other people who are not over 65. If you have a disability, are a carer, recently been in hospital or have an injury, or just need a meal for the freezer – we can supply you with meals at a retail price. Just contact our friendly staff – 02)66 483600. Our office is open from 8.30am -3.30pm each week day and we are located in the Community Village, Coffs Harbour – just behind Coles.
